Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refund above Rs. 20000/- will be through Electronic Transfer/ NEFT, within 48 hours. Kindly submit cancelled cheque in the name of patient or registered next of kin, prior to discharge.
Refund will be in name of patient only. In case it is to be done in the name of legal heir (Mother/Father/Children/Spouse) then copy of Adhaar card, relationship proof & cancelled cheque are required.
If admission is cancelled, bank charges will be applicable.
In case of foreign refund beneficiary has to bear the currency conversion charges along with other bank charges and applicable taxes.
What is MRN?
Medical Record Number (MRN) is your unique patient number. You will be issued a MRN during your registration at the hospital; this unique number is used to identify you and will be linked with you lifelong. Using this number, the hospital will store all your medical records, clinical information and prescriptions while you are being treated at the Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital.
